Abacus Search, formerly known as Blair Consulting Group, Inc. & Nationwide Transport Personnel (NTP) began in 1995. The firm originally specialized in the permanent placement of operations management, customer service, office support, and accounting personnel within trucking and distribution companies.
In 1996 Blair Consulting Group, Inc. was incorporated as a parent company to NTP and expanded its operations to include placements of Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Administrative and Operations Management professionals. In 2004, Blair Consulting Group began doing business as Abacus Search & Staffing and expanded into the Staffing and Contract Employment Industry. Abacus Search’s mission is to provide quality placements by furnishing the right fit for both the candidate and the employer. At Abacus Search, we take pride in our in-depth interviews. We search for those special qualities that separate our candidates from the rest of the field.
